CCNH Recovery Corps
We have 20 full time positions available for community based organizations. These positions are available as part of a one time allocation of funds from the Corporation for National and Community Service through The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. The Recovery Corps Program is a unique one time only opportunity that will run from July 2009 through July 2010.
The CCNH Recovery Corps program seeks to meet the following objectives.
- To engage AmeriCorps members in recruiting and managing volunteers
- To provide services to community based organizations related to non profit capacity building that increase the number of clients served
- To facilitate the development of new campus-community partnerships and the strengthening of existing ones.
- To engage AmeriCorps members in direct community service that meets locally identified community needs.
