New Hampshire VISTA's
Erin Pringle Campus Compact for New Hampshire
After serving two years as a VISTA at Southern New Hampshire University, Erin is serving a third year as Campus Compact for New Hampshire’s VISTA Leader. Her primary focus is to assist the CCNH VISTA team with all of their questions and concerns, and provide professional development and team-building opportunities to help them make the most of their year of service. She also recruits and screens all VISTA applicants for the next year of service, and assists with Campus Compact for New Hampshire programs.
Jacob Avery Campus Compact for New Hampshire Jacob serves in the Campus Compact for New Hampshire office. He works with Guidance Counselors throughout New Hampshire, helping students become more involved in higher education at an earlier age, with a focus on underrepresented students. One initiative Jacob is leading is called the ‘Student Panel on the Road’ bringing college students together and sharing their experiences with high school students. The panels have discussed time management, college vs. high school life and financial aid among other topics. Another initiative is an assessment of New Hampshire access programs (geared for underrepresented students) at high schools, higher education institutions, and community organizations. This assessment will help our office focus on areas that are not being covered in the state.
