Join us for an interactive workshop facilitated by Michele Campagna, Executive Director of the Center for Advising and Student Transitions at Montclair State University in New Jersey. The workshop will feature a discussion of what is institutional effectiveness and why the first year sets the tone for institutional effectiveness. This workshop will also explore creating intentional learning environments for first year students and how campuses can assess first year outcomes.
