Debby Scire has been the Executive Director of Campus Compact for New Hampshire since February 2004. Debby first joined CCNH as the Associate Director of CCNH in September of 1997.

Prior to coming to CCNH, Debby served as the Director of Cooperative Education at Northern Essex Community College in Haverhill, MA and was responsible for Cooperative Education, Internships and Service-learning. She served in a similar capacity at Merrimack College, in North Andover, MA.

After graduating from Simmons College and from Harvard University Graduate School of Education, Debby worked in both admissions and residence life. Debby earned her Doctorate of Education from New England College.

Stephanie Soule Lesperance is the Associate Director at the New Hampshire College & University Council and Campus Compact for New Hampshire (CCNH). She has been with both organizations since 1999 and for NHCUC is responsible for coordinating the Admissions, Library, and Career Professionals committees. At CCNH she assists with overall management of the organization and provides oversight of their AmeriCorps and AmeriCorps*VISTA programs. Prior to coming to NHCUC and CCNH she served as the Program Coordinator at AmeriCorps Hillsborough Reads in Tampa, FL and completed two terms of service as an AmeriCorps member.

Stephanie has a Master of Arts in Public Policy Program from New England College and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science with minors in Psychology and Women’s Studies from the University of Maine at Farmington. She is also a graduate of the 2010 Class of Leadership NH and a member of the 2008 Class of NH’s “40 Under Forty”.

Currently Stephanie serves on the Board of the New Hampshire Chapter of Speedway Children’s Charities and is the Vice President, Charitable and Educational of the Board of the NH State Society.

Jillian OatesJLP 1, Program Coordinator

Jillian Oates is the Program Coordinator for Campus Compact for New Hampshire.   Jillian’s responsibilities include managing CCNH’s AmeriCorps Programs including the Northern New England Campus Compact AmeriCorps*VISTA Project and the Wediko AmeriCorps Professional Corps Program.  Jillian also works closely on CCNH’s College Access Challenge Grant Initiative.  Jillian is an AmeriCorps*VISTA Alum and served as a VISTA at Rivier College in Nashua, NH and as VISTA Leader.

Jillian has a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education and Sociology from Salem State University.

Chelsea is a Program Coordinator for Campus Compact for New Hampshire.  Chelsea manages our National Service programs – AmeriCorps VISTA and Success Corps.  Prior to joining Campus Compact, Chelsea was the VISTA Leader with Catholic Charities NH after serving as the Volunteer Engagement VISTA at the New Hampshire Food Bank.

Chelsea has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a concentration in International Politics from Arcadia University in Pennsylvania, where she had the opportunity to study abroad in London, Paris, and Australia.

MaeAnna EdwardsJLP 1, Access Coordinator

MaeAnna Edwards is the Access Coordinator for GEAR UP New Hampshire. MaeAnna is responsible for communicating with the GEAR UP cohort schools as well as bringing fun, innovative activities to the GEAR UP New Hampshire program. Prior to joining GEAR UP New Hampshire, MaeAnna served two terms as an AmeriCorps VISTA, her final year as a VISTA Leader, with CCNH placed at Dartmouth College.

MaeAnna graduated from St. Bonaventure University in Olean, New York, with a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Sociology with a minor in Psychology and concentrations in Social Work and Criminology. While at St. Bonaventure, MaeAnna was able to capitalize on her interest in learning about addiction and drug culture by studying abroad in Northern Ireland where she conducted a cross-cultural comparison study of Adderall culture at St. Bonaventure and Queen’s University of Belfast.

Elizabeth is a Projects Assistant for Campus Compact for New Hampshire. Elizabeth assists with The GEAR UP College Access Grant, New Hampshire Scholars, and the AmeriCorps Vista Program. While in college, Elizabeth completed three years of AmeriCorps service through Jumpstart. Elizabeth also worked on several campaigns in New Hampshire. Prior to joining Campus Compact, Elizabeth was a Research and Policy Intern at the U.S. Department of Education, Office of the Under Secretary.

Elizabeth has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics and a minor in Educational Studies from The Catholic University of America in Washington D.C.
