Since 2004, the Presidents’ Awards ceremony has recognized individuals, groups, and institutions dedicated to fostering a culture of civic responsibility and social impact within their communities. “Saint Anselm College is proud to participate in the 20th Anniversary Celebration of the Presidents’ Awards,” Joseph Favazza, President of Saint Anselm College and Treasurer of Campus Compact for NH and NH College and University Council stated. “Community engagement and service-learning lead to excellent learning outcomes for students, and at the same time, contribute to the local community.”

The annual Presidents’ Awards are one of many ways that CCNH and its member campuses promote civic engagement, service-learning, and community service on campus. The organization’s programs and resources include training, advocacy, funding, legislative outreach, and recognition for community-based work that both enhances student learning and provides needed services to communities.
